This will ask you to enter the decryption code to access the files. Above the section to enter the code, the creators put a message asking you to pay them some money in the form of crypto-currency (generally BitCoin) to get the access code.

This ransomware uses advanced encryption technology that is very hard to breach. Hence, making it troublesome even for ethical hackers to access the data.
